Please note, this is not a membership cancellation request.

You may place your recurring membership on hold for any reason for up to two weeks within a six-month period.

Membership holds require a minimum duration of 14 consecutive days.

Holds will be processed within five business days of your request. Advance notice is mandatory to ensure proper processing by our billing provider.

Memberships cannot be canceled while on hold.

At the end of your selected hold period, your membership will automatically reactivate.

If your account is billed during the processing period, the payment will be credited to your membership account for use upon your return.
